The manual AOG process  vs AOG Alerts

The old manual AOG "Phone Tree" AOG manager process versus
 the new AOG Alerts process.

01:00 - Send an Email

Assemble and send an AOG email.  Send a  WhatsApp message.  Get ready to make calls.

01:00 - Create the AOG Alert

Use our guided "AOG Wizard" to create a standardized AOG alert.  We'll make sure everything MROs need is there.

01:15 - Begin Phone Calls

Start the phone tree,  Explain what you need 25 times.  Hope someone answers the phone.  Leave VMs.

01:15 - Click "Notify"

We'll instantly send your AOG alert to our global network of MROs and suppliers, via email, text, WhatsApp, Telegram, and push

03:30 - Answer 25 Calls & Emails

Answer MRO questions and call-backs (if any).  Play phone tag.

01:20 - Monitor Your Offer Inbox

Grab a cup of coffee, and monitor your "Offer Inbox" for standardized, structured offers from MROs and suppliers.

05:30 - Answer More Email Questions & Calls

Answer questions as MRO's in various time zones come to work.  Play phone tag.

02:30 - Select the Best Offer(s)

Choose the best main offer (and a backup offer) from multiple MROs / Suppliers.  Every offer is in the same format and complete.  Email procurement.

08:30 - Create a Spreadsheet

Gather up your emails, call notes, and VMs and create a spreadsheet.  Request formal written offers from qualified MROs.

14:00 - Analyze Written Offers & Pick One

Since they're all in different formats, you summarize your offers (usually only 1).  Gather up the 8130-3s.  Email procurement.

More Options = Faster (& Cheaper) RTS

There are more qualified MROs and suppliers out there than you use now.
Discover what you're missing.

Enjoy More Options

Because more MROs and suppliers can see your AOG or scheduled maintenance requirement, you'll get more (and usually better) options, more quickly.  "One and done?" - it's a thing of the past.

Discover New MROs & Suppliers

Even when an MRO or supplier doesn't win an AOG's business, evaluating offers from multiple vendors can help you identify and qualify new options.

Save Time

When you complete our AOG form, and hit "Notify", you'll send all the info needed to a world-wide MRO and supplier network - instantly.  All the info any MRO or supplier needs is there.  Eliminate phone-tag.

Leverage Hidden Synergies

That part you desperately need for your AOG is on a shelf 12 miles from your aircraft - but you'll never know it.  AOG Alerts makes sure you do.

Operator FAQ

How does this work?

Answer: When you sign up for AOG Alerts as an operator (it's free), we'll add you to our portal.  When you declare an AOG, you add it to our portal.  When you hit "Notify", we'll send the details of the AOG (minus some identifying details to protect your organization's privacy) to our worldwide MRO and supplier network.  MROs and suppliers who feel they can help, pay a small engagement fee (they self-qualify), and create an offer that we email to you, and add to your portal.  You take it from there.

What does this cost?

Answer:  Every AOG requires a small operator "Notification Fee" to keep everyone honest (an AOG is really an AOG) We work on the "free to see" model for MROs and suppliers.  MROs and suppliers can see every AOG event, and "self-qualify" by also paying a small engagement fee.  This ensures the offers you receive are real - and not just a provider "spit-balling".

Can just anyone look at an AOG and tell it's my plane?

Answer: No.  Only MROs and suppliers who pay the engagement fee for an AOG see identifying information.

How do you notify MROs and suppliers of my AOG?

Answer: MROs and suppliers add users to our simple system that specify how they wish to be notified (email, SMS, Telegram, WHATSAPP, push).

We use ILS and PartsBase.  Why do we need this?

Answer: Globally, roughly 10%-15% of parts make their way into these online systems.  Even more, the combination of available parts, qualified service, and needed logistics are specific to your AOG situation.  That's why you call MROs and parts partners now.
